Privacy
What this site collects, and what it does not. Last updated 20 August 2026.
In short
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, embeds no third-party scripts, and loads no external fonts, images, stylesheets or CDN resources. There is no form on it, no newsletter and no way to submit anything to it. A document about permission gaps should not ship one of its own.
Who is responsible
Mustafa Aksu, trading as Aksu Software (sole proprietorship). Full postal address E-mail: hello@aksuindex.com. No data protection officer is appointed, as the thresholds requiring one under Art. 37 GDPR are not met at this scale.
Representative in the Union
The controller is established outside the EU/EEA. Processing through this site is limited to the technical request data described below and does not involve large-scale processing or special categories of data, which is the exemption in Art. 27(2) GDPR. Should that change, in volume or in kind, a representative in the Union will be designated and named here before it does.
Visiting the site (server logs)
The hosting provider processes technically necessary data when a page is requested: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the referrer and the user agent. The purpose is delivering the page, operational security and abuse prevention; the legal basis for visitors in the EU/EEA is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in a secure, functioning service. Logs are not analysed on a personal level. Hosting provider and its retention period to be named here.
Choosing your language
A request to aksuindex.com without a language in the address is redirected to /en or /de. The choice reads the Accept-Language header your browser already sends with the request; it is evaluated at that moment and neither stored nor logged for that purpose. A request to aksuindex.de is redirected to aksuindex.com/de regardless of the header.
Theme preference stored in your browser
If you use the light/dark control, your choice is saved in your browser’s localStorage under the key “theme”, holding either “light” or “dark”. It is a display preference with no personal reference, it never leaves your device, and it is never transmitted. You can clear it at any time with your browser’s site data.
Processors and international transfers
The only processor is the hosting provider, which serves the pages. Hosting provider to be named, with the country of processing. Where a provider processes data in the USA, the safeguards are a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR together with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. No other processor is engaged, because no other processing takes place.
If you write to us
There is no contact form here. If you send an e-mail to the address in the legal notice, what you write is processed only to answer you, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, and is deleted once the correspondence is concluded. You are not added to any list.
Your rights
If the GDPR applies to you, you have the rights of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21), the right to withdraw consent at any time with future effect (Art. 7(3)), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77). The same handling is extended to everyone who writes, wherever they are.
No automated decision-making
No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place through this site.
About the measurement itself
The analysis this document specifies is separate from this website and is described here because it is the question people ask first. It is static and read-only, it never invokes an agent, and it reads metadata and permission configuration rather than records or conversation content. This website performs no analysis, connects to no Salesforce org and holds no measurement data of anyone’s.
Marked passages must be completed with real, contactable details before this site goes live. An incomplete legal notice is worse than none. These pages are prepared with care; they are not legal advice.
